1. The company's official website, WeChat official account and tourist service center can help you and fellow tourists find, register and claim lost articles.
2. If you accidentally lose something, you can register and release it through the official website or official account of Huoshan Rehai Company. Please fill in the service list item by item and describe the specific information, place and time of loss of the lost article in detail, so as to find it quickly and accurately.
3. The management and claim of lost items shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant procedures and requirements of the Lost Item Management Measures of Huoshan Rehai Company.
4. The public notice of lost items is valid for one year from the date of publication. If no one claims the lost items beyond the validity period, they will be disposed of according to the "Lost Item Management Measures" of Huoshan Rehai Company.
2、 Lost and Found Process
(1) Pick up lost items
If you find lost items during your trip and cannot find their owner, you can safely hand them over to the staff around you or the staff at the tourist service center.
2. Employees who collect or receive lost items handed over by tourists will actively search for the owner and return them in a timely manner. Lost items are uniformly received, registered, stored, and managed by the staff of the tourist service center. For lost items that cannot be found temporarily, the official website will be used to register and publish information on how to retrieve the items.
(2) Lost and Found Claim
When you accidentally lose your personal belongings during the game, you can seek help from the staff next to you or directly inquire at the tourist service center. If any tourists or staff members find them, we will return them in a timely manner.

3. If the lost item cannot be found, you can provide the location, time, person and basic information of the lost item for the staff to register and publish.
For the safety of your property, when claiming lost items, the staff will verify the characteristics and identity information of the lost item with you. Only after confirming that there are no errors, can you collect it. But you still need to cooperate with registration, claiming and other work with valid documents; If you are unable to collect it on site, you can entrust someone else to collect it or have the scenic area provide shipping services, and the shipping costs will be borne by you.
① On site collection: Please bring your valid ID card and go directly to the tourist service center during the operating hours of the scenic area to confirm and collect.
② Entrusted collection: The entrusted person needs to bring their own and your valid documents (original, photocopy, scanned copy, photo). After the staff contacts you to confirm that the items and entrusted information are correct, the entrusted person can sign the "Lost Item Claim Form" before collecting them on their behalf.
③ Shipping service: After verifying the item, you need to inform the staff of the accurate and complete shipping address. After the item is signed for, contact the staff and they will do a good job of registration.
